D-Day 80 Commemoration

This 6th June will be the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings. Langham's beacon will be lit at 9.15pm on the day as part of the national remembrance program. So please do come along to the Recreation Ground from 6pm:
Fish & Chips will be available from the regular Howe's Van.
Boxted Royal British Legion will be running a bar.
The locally based Hygge Harmony Community Choir will provide some live music during the evening.
A memorial tribute will be read at the Beacon lighting.
