National Grid's Statutory Consultation exercise closes on 26th July. We encourage all local residents to consider making their own individual responses. Whilst we may all have valid concerns about the (lack of ) quality of the consultation process, the one thing we can be certain of is that failure to engage with the process will be interpreted by National Grid as tacit support for the project in its current guise.
Langham Parish Council will also be submitting a consultation response building on the input that we have received from residents so far. The current draft document can be viewed by clicking on the button below. We would welcome any further input from residents over the next two weeks, if you feel that we have omitted any important information from the list of harms currently documented. We then aim to submit LPC's final consultation response on 24th July.
If you do decide to submit your own individual response to the Consultation, please feel free to cut and paste any or all of the draft LPC document into your own submission.
